7-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Items must be in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Sale items and accessories (jewelry, scarves) are final sale and not eligible for returns
Custom-stitched items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@sultanathreads.com with your order number and the item you wish to return
We will send you a return shipping label and instructions
Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided label
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges subject to availability. Please email us to check stock before sending your item back.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
